I must say, writers block is the most annoying aspects of creative arts. Whether you are trying to compose a piece of music, write a book or simply a script for a new sitcom idea you have. The everyday struggle for ideas daunts on you and that feeling of “Oh, I can’t be arsed!” gradually grows and grows. But why should you let such a small thing ruin your dreams?

Did you know no matter how much sleep you’ve had the night before, if you wake up to an alarm clock as appose to natural, healthy awakening, you will suffer all day from tiredness.
